- Print your prepaid label — pack the item in any secure box or mailer.
- Get your refund fast — issued within 3–5 business days of your return's first carrier scan. We don't make you wait until it reaches our warehouse.
The details
- Return window: 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: unused; apparel unworn with tags attached.
- Exchanges are always free — size swaps ship both ways on us, and your replacement is reserved the moment your exchange is approved.
- Store credit returns ship free. Refunds to your original payment method use our prepaid label with a flat $5.99 deducted.
- Damaged, wrong, or defective items: always free, always covered, no return shipping required — just send us a photo. Report an issue →
- Final sale: clearance, gift cards, and marked limited drops (defects are still always covered — that's on us).
- Gift returns: contact us with the giver's name or email — we'll issue you store credit discreetly.

Do I need the original packaging?
Appreciated but not required — any secure box or mailer works. Apparel must have tags attached.
How long do refunds take?
We issue refunds within 3–5 business days of your return's first carrier scan. Your bank then posts it within 5–10 business days (usually faster). You'll get an email the moment we send it.
What if I missed the 30-day window?
Contact us anyway. Within about two weeks past the window we can usually offer store credit. We're humans, not a deadline robot.
Can I return items from different orders in one box?
Yes — just include both order numbers on a note inside the package.
