The Premier Standard
The Premier Standard is the bar every crew member is hired against, trained to, and held to on every job. It's not a slogan — it's the checklist we run before, during, and after we work in your home. Here it is, in full, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
1. We show up when we said we would
Your crew arrives inside the confirmed window — or you get a call before the window opens, not after it closes. If we're ever more than 30 minutes late without notice, your first hour is free. No exceptions, no excuses about traffic on the 101.
2. We know who we're sending
Every crew member is a Premier employee — background-checked, trained, and someone we'd send to our own mother's house. No day-labor apps, no subcontracted strangers. You'll get the names of your crew in your confirmation.
3. Your home is treated like it's ours
Floors protected, door frames padded, shoes covered when you ask. We don't lean furniture on walls, we don't stack boxes on 'fragile,' and we don't touch anything you've asked us not to. Nothing is donated, tossed, or moved off-property without your explicit sign-off.
4. The price is the price
Written, itemized quotes with the hourly math shown. Time billed in 30-minute increments — you don't pay for a full hour we didn't work, and unused booked time beyond the minimum is refunded. Materials at cost, with receipts. If a job is going to run past the estimate, you approve before we continue. There is no fine-print fee anywhere in this company.
5. We tell you the truth about the job
If it's a two-hour job, we say two hours. If you don't need a third mover, we won't sell you one. If we're not the right fit — a full-service mover, an electrician, a junk hauler — we'll tell you who to call instead.
6. The job isn't done until you've walked it
Every job ends with a walkthrough. The crew lead walks the space with you, you point at anything that isn't right, and it gets fixed before we leave — not 'noted for follow-up.'
7. We make it right — for 60 days
If we damaged something, we repair or replace it. If an organization system isn't holding up in real life, we come back and rework it, free. One email to our team is all it takes. No claim forms, no adjusters, no 'let me check with my manager.'
That's the standard. If any crew ever falls short of it, we want to know — and we'll make it right.
