What areas do you serve?
The Greater Phoenix metro: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, and Peoria. Enter your ZIP on the form — if you're outside our range, we'll tell you straight instead of stringing you along.
How does pricing work?
Every service has a published starting rate, and every job gets a written quote before anything is booked. The number we quote is the number you pay — if the job changes on site, we talk first and you approve first.
Who actually does the work?
The Premier team. We are not a marketplace and we don't sell your request to strangers — the people who show up work to the Premier Standard.
What services do you offer?
Four today: Moving Help, Packing & Unpacking, Home Organization, and Garage Organization. The lineup grows only as fast as we can deliver it to the Premier Standard.
Can I get supplies from you too?
Yes — that's the point of Premier. Organizers, storage, and everyday gear from the shop; muscle and know-how from Services. One standard, one place.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. Reschedule free with 48 hours' notice.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Tell us within 60 days and we'll make it right. Same promise we make on everything with our name on it.
How fast can you start?
Quotes go out within one business day. Scheduling depends on the season — tell us your date on the form and we'll confirm availability in the same reply.
