Shipping is where most stores start lying. We'd rather tell you the truth and let the gear do the talking.

The short version

• Processing: 1–3 business days. Your order ships with a tracking link the moment it leaves.
• US delivery: 6–10 business days standard; faster on items marked Fast Ship (US warehouse stock).
• Free shipping: every order over $75. Under that, the exact rate shows at checkout — no surprise fees.

Why some items ship faster than others

Products marked Fast Ship leave from a US warehouse and arrive in 3–6 business days. Everything else ships from our extended supply network with the honest window shown on its product page. If a date matters — a birthday, Father's Day, the big one in December — email support@premiersupply.co with your deadline and we'll tell you honestly what can arrive in time.

If something goes sideways

Package stuck, lost, or wandering? Don't fight the carrier — that's our job. Email support@premiersupply.co with your order number and we'll fix it, up to and including shipping you a replacement before the first one is found.
