Tracking not updating?
Short gaps between scans are normal. If nothing has moved in 4+ days, we're probably already on it — you may have an email from us. Either way, contact us and we'll check instantly.
Says delivered, but it's not there?
Check neighbors, side doors, and mailrooms, then give it 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan a little early. Still missing? We'll replace or refund it, your choice. Report a missing package →
