Do I need to buy boxes first?

No. We bring professional materials and bill them at cost — every box and roll of tape is itemized on your quote, not padded into an hourly rate.

How does pricing work?

Every service has a published starting rate, and every job gets a written quote before anything is booked. The number we quote is the number you pay — if the job changes on site, we talk first and you approve first.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens. Reschedule free with 48 hours' notice.
